Paradise in Payson is operated for Jaimee Hilgendorf of HomeSmart Pros. This notice explains the limited information used when you browse the site or contact Jaimee.

Information you choose to send

Contact and home-value request forms transmit the details you provide by authenticated email to Jaimee. The website does not maintain a lead database, create an account, or sell your information.

Listings and favorites

Listing information is supplied through the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. Anonymous favorites are stored only in your browser as listing identifiers. Clearing site storage removes them.

Minimal operational information

The server may process short-lived security and reliability information needed to prevent abuse and keep the service working. Aggregate site metrics do not retain listing identifiers, search queries, advertising identifiers, or personal browsing profiles.

External services

The interactive map loads its base map directly from OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data. The provider receives ordinary requests for the geographic tiles covering the area you view. Those requests do not contain listing records, exact coordinate values, addresses, listing keys, or the site’s search query; listing markers remain in your browser. Listing media may be delivered by its approved MLS source. The preferred-lender link opens a separate website governed by that provider’s privacy practices.
